These folks are amazing. I got to work with Zak, Rebecca, Maddie, and Julietta the most, and I cannot sing their praises more. They were very informative, they were patient and kind, and very professional. Truly advocates you want in your corner.

I was scared and intimidated with the process of trying to get on disability, and they helped make each step as easy as possible, and were able to not only fully explain the process, and give me realistic and reasonable expectations of what the next step is, they made sure that everything got filed that needed to be filed, and helped me really find my way in this whole process so I wasn't uninformed, and that made the fear fall away each step of the way. Everytime I was overwhelmed, and crying, they were there to reassure me, and remind me of the normalcy of things, that it wasn't unusual to face so many denials, and that truly meant the world to me. They helped fight how lonely it felt, and helped me with a lot of the dark thoughts you face when disabled and trying to survive. They're not therapists, but they were so considerate of what I was going through and were able to use facts and logic to help bring me back to earth.

I just want to thank all of them from the bottom of my heart. I still have some final steps to go through, but I know they'll make sure I'm aware of what needs to be done, and help me get through everything so I can start living my life again. You definitely can trust these people, and know they'll have your best interests at heart.

I will miss my time getting to talk to them because by the end of this it truly has felt like they have been family.

Professional, honest, easy to work with. They didn't over promise, but they did over deliver, more than I could have imagined going into this, they helped me rest my nerves.
