I was scared and intimidated with the process of trying to get on disability, and they helped make each step as easy as possible, and were able to not only fully explain the process, and give me realistic and reasonable expectations of what the next step is, they made sure that everything got filed that needed to be filed, and helped me really find my way in this whole process so I wasn't uninformed, and that made the fear fall away each step of the way.
